Back
For Micherda-Jarodzka, the time after going back to Poland is filled with reflection and sorrow, even auto-aggression resulting from the encounter with dreary reality. In her works, there is plenty of inner energy – the most personal part of her creative work. The painting texture creates a certain kind of dim-out curtains that Micherda-Jarodzka then tears with her artistic claw. In the balance, one can find dynamics and subtle literalism in the pursuit to overcome and open up perspectives. The artist slowly leaves painting behind and seeks space.
